Constructed from premium Medical Grade PVC material, this burette set is available in 110 ml and 150 ml capacities and includes a vent and silicone port for additional medication delivery. It features an attached vented spike for smooth fluid flow, a microdrip chamber for precise infusion control, and 150 cm DEHP-free tubing with an anti-slip Y-port for enhanced safety. The secure luer lock connection ensures leak-free performance, and the set comes complete with a 23G × 1″ needle for reliable administration.

• Floating auto shut-off valve prevents air passage.
• No-kink device ensures smooth fluid flow.

• Sterile E/O and individually packed.
• Tear open the pouch & take out the burette type infusion set.
Close all controllers. Remove both no-kink fixture from the set.
• Remove piercing spike protector and insert firmly into closing stopper of infusion container.
• Suspend infusion container with attached set. Open air vent of piercing spike & of graduated chamber, do not use needle or puncture the air vent. Open upper clamp and allow approximately 30 ml solution to flow into the graduated chamber. Close upper clamp.
• Gently squeeze and release drip chamber till it is approximately one third full.
• Remove luer lock cap. Slightly open flow regulator to clear air from tubing and luer lock. Close flow regulator.
• Open upper clamp & allow solution to flow into the graduated chamber till the desired volume is obtained. Close the upper clamp. Perform vein puncture.
• Attach the infusion set to the vein puncture device. Gradually open the flow regulator.
• Adjust drop rate & control the solution flow with the flow regulator.
• Hang the complete set with the help of the hanger on the other side of the I.V. stand, to prevent accidental fall of the volume.
• The valve shall shut-off the flow when solution level in the graduated chamber comes to zero.
• When more solution is required, close flow regulator & open the upper clamp to fill graduated chamber up to the desired level. Close the upper clamp and squeeze the drip chamber gently to float the shut-off valve & then restart infusion as in step-8.
• Close air vent caps during periods of interrupted infusion therapy.
