• Tube length: 150 cm.
• Close the flow regulator.
• Remove the protective cap from the spike and insert the spike into the top bottle to its full length.
• Compress the drip chamber until it is half filled.
• Remove the needle.
• Open the flow regulator and allow blood to pass until all air bubbles in the tube are removed, then close the flow regulator.
• Perform vein-puncture and regulate the flow by opening the flow regulator gradually to achieve the desired flow rate.
